Use of the website

Please use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to harm, copy or misuse the website or interfere with other shoppers.

Products and pricing

• Prices are shown in INR for delivery in India and in USD for delivery to the USA and UK.
• Each saree is a single piece, so availability is first-come-first-served. A saree is held for you for 15 minutes while you pay.
• We photograph our sarees carefully, but colours may vary slightly on different screens.
• We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product turns out to be unavailable or there is a pricing error.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control.

Intellectual property

All photos, text, logos and designs on this website belong to Dharmavaram Pattu and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
